What areas do you specialize in?

I offer a variety of personal training programs designed to help you reach your fitness goals, regardless of your current fitness level like:

But my main focus is to restore client's bodies back to the way the human body was made to thrive. If you sit at a desk for more than 6 hours per day your body has adapted to this static posturing that will lead to muscle and structural imbalances which in turn leads to back pain, joint pain, stiffness in the boy.

Do you offer in-home personal training?

Yes, I do! I can train you in the comfort of your own home, or outdoors if you prefer. But this is a case by case basis.

How often should I meet with a personal trainer?

The ideal frequency of your sessions will depend on your individual goals, fitness level, and how out of balance your body is in. I typically recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results.

What are your rates?
