Your 3-Phase Path to Restoration
I’ve simplified the complex science of biomechanics and fascia into a clear, 3-phase online process.
We start with a high-touch 4-week immersion. We meet 3 days per week via Google Meet for personalized coaching on nervous system regulation, movement correction, and foundational myofascial release (MFR). You'll learn the 800g Challenge to fuel your body without restriction.
Once your foundation is set, your training moves to my personal training app. You’ll receive bespoke functional movement programs designed to improve your gait, pelvic control, and thoracic symmetry, supported by monthly Google Meet check-ins.
In the final phase, we apply dynamic load and inertia to your corrected patterns. You will build resilient, 3D strength using home or gym equipment, ensuring your fitness is transferable to everything you do outside the gym. We then will decide your next goals from here on.
